Scope

OneStreaming provides audio and video streaming services over the internet. Using the services implies acceptance of these terms.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are annual and paid in advance. Service is activated after payment confirmation.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable rate is added to the invoice.

Subscriber obligations

The subscriber is responsible for the content broadcast, including copyright and any required licences.

Using the service for unlawful content, or for activity that endangers the infrastructure, is prohibited.

Availability

We make every effort to run without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Termination

Either party may decline to renew at the end of the term. In case of breach, service may be suspended.
